Eligibility for admission
B.Sc. (Agriculture) is four year (eight semesters) programme after XII Std. (Science) passed in 10+2 pattern from Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Those who have not offered Mathematics shall have to complete deficiency courses as prescribed by respective University.

Sadguru College of Agriculture, Mirajgaon, Tal. Karjat, Dist. Ahmednagar-414401 has college code as 11208 under the jurisdiction of MPKV, Rahuri with intake capacity of 120 students out of 120 seats intake capacity of constituent / aided Agriculture colleges’ seats.
National Service Scheme (NSS)
Student enrolled for NSS has to complete 240 hours of work during two academic years by participating in the activities like tree plantation, blood donation, attending special camps in nearby villages etc.120 hours for regular work and 120 hours for special campaign programme.
Students' Counseling:
The college runs a students' counselling service to help them in their academic as well as co-curricular activities and also to build up their personality. A group of 20 students is allotted to one teacher, who acts as a counsellor and keeps a constant touch with the students. Students are advised to keep close contact with the counsellor regarding their educational difficulties. Apart from specialized knowledge and skill in Agriculture, College of Agriculture, Mirajgaon aims to develop social and cultural sensitivity, ethical responsibility concerned for the environment and awareness to keep pace with the time.
